The Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights was passed in New Jersey on January 5, 2011. As a result each school district is mandated to include provisions for appropriate responses to harassment, intimidation, and bullying (HIB). Each school district is mandated to appoint an Anti-Bullying Coordinator, Anti-Bullying Specialist, and a School Safety Team.
