Lunch Prepayment Instructions

Nutrikids has transitioned from the MyNutriKids website and paypal payments to My School Bucks. Please see below for a message from My School Bucks

Welcome myNutriKids!
We are thrilled that you have joined mySchoolBucks and are looking forward to providing our services to you! As you navigate through our site, you will find many secure service enhancements such as;
- Multiple payment options- credit/debit card or e-check
- No waiting necessary! Fast & easy account funding
- Customer Support to help answer your questions
- Balance alerts, recurring payment options, purchase history
 
Moving forward, the MyNutriKids.com website has been locked during the cut-over process so that no new payments can be made on the website.  If parents login to MyNutrikids.com within the first 48 hours, they will see the following message, “Your district has temporarily disabled MyKids (online prepayments). Please check back on or after 11/15/12”.   After this period, the parent will automatically be redirected to https://www.mySchoolBucks.com when they login to MyNutrikids.com.

Since we were a MyNutriKids.com district, logging into mySchoolBucks could not be easier!  The usernames and passwords parents / guardians used will be the same on the new website and their children will carry over as well.  However, parents who had low balance alerts set in MyNutrikids, will need to reestablish a low balance alert at mySchoolBucks.com  Parents that did not previously have an account with MyNutrikids.com will need to register for a new account on mySchoolBucks.com.

If a parent who has never had a MyNutrikids account tries to create an account at MyNutrikids.com, they will get a pop-up that says the zip code can’t be found.  This is a tip that they are creating an account at the wrong website. They need to go to mySchoolBucks.com to create a new account.

When a parent makes a prepayment on the MySchoolBucks website the payment will be instantly approved and downloaded to our Cafeteria's POS Manager within the next ten minutes; however, it can take a few days for the payment to actually reach your district’s bank account depending on the bank’s processing time.  Parents will also no longer use PayPal to make their payments as Heartland is the processor for the payments.

Students will still access this system in the lunchroom using their existing 4 digit pin number. They will need to memorize this number.
